📄️ Asset List
The asset list is your central view of every asset in the system. From here you can search, filter, and take action on individual or multiple assets.
📄️ Adding Assets
Create new asset records to begin tracking items in your inventory.
📄️ Editing Assets
Open any asset from the asset list to view and update its details. The asset record is organized into tabs.
📄️ Check Out, Check In, and Transfer
Asset Manager tracks who has each asset and when it's due back. These three operations manage the full lifecycle of asset assignments.
📄️ Auditing Assets
An asset audit verifies that assets are where they should be and in the expected condition. Asset Manager helps you plan, execute, and report on audits.
📄️ Service and Maintenance
The Service tab on an asset record helps you schedule recurring maintenance and keep a log of completed service work. This tab is available for individual assets only (not bulk assets).
📄️ Deleting Assets
When you no longer need an asset record, you can move it to the trash.
📄️ Restoring Assets
Deleted assets are moved to the trash and can be restored at any time.
