Company Settings
Company settings control how your organization appears throughout the application.
Accessing Company Settings
Navigate to Admin > Options, then select System Overview in the sidebar. The Company Settings section is at the top of the page.
Available Settings
| Setting | Description |

| Organization Name | Your company or organization name. Appears in the navigation bar, reports, and exported data |
| Logo | Your organization's logo. Displayed in the navigation bar and on printed reports. Upload a PNG or JPG image — a horizontal logo with a transparent background works best |
| System Information | A read-only summary of your account details, including your subscription plan, current record counts (assets, people, vendors), and system version |
Updating Settings
- Navigate to Admin > Options > System Overview.
- Edit the fields in the Company Settings section.
- Click Save.
Changes take effect immediately across the application.
Report Options
Navigate to Admin > Options > Report Options to configure default settings for generated reports:

| Paper Size | The default paper size for printed and exported reports (e.g., Letter, A4) |
| Layout | Portrait or landscape orientation |
These defaults apply to all reports unless overridden at the time of export or print.
