Preferences

Preferences control how dates, numbers, and text are displayed throughout the application. These are personal settings — each user can configure their own preferences.

Language​

Change the application language:

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Select Language.
  3. Choose your preferred language from the list.

The interface updates immediately.

Regional Formatting​

Configure how dates and numbers are displayed:

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Date/Number Format.
  3. Choose your preferred regional format.

This affects:

  • Date format — How dates appear throughout the application (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY vs. DD/MM/YYYY).
  • Number format — Decimal separators and thousands separators (e.g., 1,000.00 vs. 1.000,00).
  • Time format — 12-hour vs. 24-hour clock.

Scanner Preferences​

The barcode scanner also provides language and date/number format options through its own user menu, so you can adjust settings without leaving the scanner interface.

Choose the regional format that matches your location. This ensures dates and currency values display correctly for your team.
