Workflow Tips

  • Walk-through audits — Walk through a facility and scan each asset you encounter. The audit is recorded instantly with the current date.
  • Equipment distribution — At a check-out station, scan a person's badge first, then scan each asset to check them out in sequence.
  • Returns — When assets come back, scan each one to check them in with updated condition and location.
tip

The scanner is designed for speed. After completing an operation, you're returned to the scan screen so you can immediately scan the next asset.
